How should I wash my shirt?
For the first few times, please hand wash shirts individually in cold water with detergent.
After that, please wash the shirt in cold water with like colors.
Why does my coupon code NOT working during the SALE?
All coupon codes are turned off during Sales, they will be reactivated after the Sale ends.
How long does international shipping take?
International shipping takes an average of 15-21 business days to arrive.
During sales, shipping may take 18-25 days.
Additional International Shipping Fees
We are not responsible for any other shipping charges and will not refund for them. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge.
If your package was sent back to us because it was not picked up at customs, we will not resend your package. Instead, we will refund you for your order minus shipping.

We only follow the shipping information based on what you have inscribed on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, damaged packages, misdelivery errors, because of incorrect shipping address.
Hence, order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm the purchase that will also give them time to review its full details.
Currency exchange if outside of USA
All prices are reflected in USD. For other currencies, the amount charged on your card will automatically be converted based on the conversion rate on the day when you placed your order.
